With its five meters high-ceilinged spaces, contemporary design and stunning historical architecture, the urbane, sleekly styled A|S Boutique Residence is definitely the chicest and coolest bolthole in the heart of UNESCO site Old Havana. The entire A|S Boutique Residence is available for ‘adult group reservations’ and special events such as corporate and social gatherings and weddings.
GROUP RESERVATION
A reservation of ‘the entire A|S Boutique Residence’ means that the complete mansion is available for exclusive private use: The salon, the dining room, the double room Royal Suite on the first floor, the double room Art Suite on the ground floor, the 3 Junior Loft Suites, the Compact Duplex Room, and the spacious roof terrace with rooftop bar (and sublime sunsets and city panoramic). The entire floor space is approximately 500 m² – 5380 ft², plus the extra rooftop terrace of 100 m² – 1077 ft².
We can host a group of a maximum of 12 persons, with 2 persons per room. Please be aware that all the rooms and suites have double King or Emperor beds and no ‘one-sleepers’ and that the A|S Boutique Residence is an ‘adult-only’ hotel.
In case of a reservation of ‘the entire residence’, all the comfort of our hotel services is fully maintained, including the genuine service and attentiveness of the hotel staff.
The HAV Restaurant and the HAV Art Gallery, on the ground floor, will remain open to the public for breakfast and brunch as well; but it’s, of course, partly reserved for breakfast for the group and the Art Gallery and the restaurant can be reserved for exclusive group dining as well.

A curated collection of fully customized concepts for activities is available: Catered meetings or events, group city tours, day tours and walking, art, music, or old-timer car tours as well as guided multiple-day tours to the most inspiring places of Cuba. Our carefully designed Wellness Menu provides retreats such as a variety of holistic massage therapies and yoga sessions on the rooftop terrace. We organize dance classes, music, or art events in the HAV Art Gallery.
