A chameleon of restoration and artistic aesthetics, the hotel courts the historic chalk-white architecture, vast doors and shuttered windows of faded romance against a sophisticated palette of design and art across the 9 suites. The whispers of the once-grand mansion have been enhanced, taking a cue from Havana’s eclecticism and cultural scene, peppered with European accents of hushed design.

The entire A|S Boutique Residence is an all-suite affair, available for ‘adult group reservations’ and special events such as corporate and social gatherings and weddings.

GROUP RESERVATION

A reservation of the ‘Entire Residence’ converts the complete mansion into an exclusive private retreat, with all the comfort of the subtle yet excellent service synonymous with the AS Boutique Residence fully maintained.

The five Junior Loft Suites, the three one-bedroom suites, the two Penthouse Suites, the salon, two spacious roof terraces and HAV Grand Café will be your own sanctuary.
The HAV Restaurant serves the included ‘à-la-carte’ breakfast, and remains open for the public from 8:30 AM — 1:00 PM. Evidently, HAV will be partly reserved for breakfast for the hotel guests and after 1:00 PM the Art Gallery and the restaurant will be exclusively accessible for the group.

The entire floor space of the hotel is approximately 650 m² / 6994 ft², plus the extra rooftop terraces of 120 m² / 1292 ft².

We can host a group of 18 guests, with 2 people per suite. Please be aware that all suites have double King or Emperor beds and no ‘one-sleepers’, and that the A|S Boutique Residence is an ‘adult-only’ hotel.

The A|S Boutique Residence can provide tailor-made concepts and special solutions.

A curated collection of fully customized concepts for activities is available: catered meetings or events, group city tours, day tours and walking, art, music, or old-timer car tours as well as guided multiple-day tours to the most inspiring places of Cuba. Our carefully designed Wellness Menu provides retreats such as a variety of holistic massage therapies and yoga sessions on the rooftop terrace. We organize dance classes, music, or art events in the HAV Art Gallery.
