Rules & Recommendations

By entering this hotel and by making a reservation, you automatically agree to the rules of conduct and rules and conditions as described at this website.

Check-out time is at 11.00 am and we can store your luggage. A later check-out till 1 pm is free of charge and depends on availabilty. Late check-outs after 1 pm will be charged with extra costs, as mentioned in the Room menu.

We have an ADULT-ONLY policy and only guests above the age of 16 are welcome.

We welcome all global guests and, of course, we are a gay friendly residence.

A|S Boutique Residence is a smoke-free zone. However, there is a small smoking corner at the roof top terrace.

The minibar is completed every day and consumptions as well as any other extra services provided by the hotel during your stay, will be charged to your check out bill,  which has to be paid in cash Euro. 

Please note that in the unfortunate case towels or bedsheets get damaged (by drinks, make-up stains etc), we will have to charge you. More information on damage of goods and stock of the hotel you can find in the Terms and Conditions at this website.

For the purposes of a sustainable lifestyle, we strongly recommend that you always turn off the air conditioning while leaving the room or when opening the windows or doors. In case that you might forget, our staff will turn it off for you.

We can provide our service for reservations at restaurants, theaters, shows or clubs, as well as Old Timer Taxi transportation. However, please make sure to inform us in time and not last minute.

In case of loss of room keys a fee of 50 Euro will be charged.

Extra guests staying or visiting, are only allowed in the hotel after the permission of the hotel management and need to be registrated per ID.

Please respect the privacy and comfort of our guests, especially late in the evening. Respectful and courteous behaviour is expected of all guests.

A minimum stay of two-nights is required.

WIFI is unlimited and free of charge.

Pets are not allowed.

In-room dining is not allowed.

Alcoholic-and non-alcoholic beverages not provided by the hotel, are not allowed in any of the public spaces and terraces.

Drugs of any kind are prohibited.

ACCESSIBILITY

The residence is not easily accessible to people with reduced mobility, since the majority of the rooms and suites are on the first floor and a staircase has to be used. Secondly, all the  Duplex Rooms have their bedrooms on a higher floor and also here a stairs has to be used.

An exception is The ART SUITE, which is located on the groundfloor and does have easy access. For more detailed information please send us an email.
