A|S Boutique Residence organizes both residential retreats and retreats on location, led by experienced yoga and dance professionals. All classes are suitable for every level and are guided by professional instructors fluent in English and Spanish. High above the narrow streets of Old Havana and within this UNESCO World Heritage Site, you will discover the serenity of a stress-free urban yoga or dance retreat.
Complete relaxation and inner balance are further enhanced through a carefully designed massage programme. The wellness menu offers a variety of holistic massage treatments and retreat concepts, thoughtfully integrating Eastern and Western methodologies. All treatments are provided in the privacy and comfort of your room.

The A|S Boutique Residence Premium Tour Menu is designed to inspire, connect, and enrich your stay by offering authentic insights into Cuba’s extraordinary culture, breathtaking nature, fascinating history, vibrant art and music, and unparalleled architecture.
Our carefully curated programmes are led by professional English‑speaking tour guides, musicians, and art curators — all specialists in their fields. The menu includes tours in and around Old Havana, historical walking tours, curated art experiences, day trips to Viñales, and multi‑day journeys to Trinidad. Guests may also enjoy Old Timer transport services to Varadero and other beach destinations. Our fleet of classic Old Timer cars, each with a private driver, includes open‑top convertibles for shorter city tours and air‑conditioned vehicles for longer day or multi-day excursions.

Private Dining

The intimate and elegant atmosphere of A|S Boutique Residence provides the ideal setting for an exclusive and refined private dinner prepared by our HAV Chef. In the distinguished and artistic surroundings of the HAV Art Gallery on the ground floor, a five to eight course dinner is served. The gallery’s soaring five‑metre ceilings, a hallmark of Havana’s grand 19th‑century architecture, combined with contemporary art, create a striking backdrop that lends a fascinating modern twist to this unique dining experience.
The adjacent HAV Café offers the perfect venue for pre-dinner drinks and canapés, with live music available upon request.
This exclusive private dining experience is a special service of A|S Boutique Residence. It must be arranged in advance and is available for up to 18 guests. This service is reserved exclusively for guests of the Residence and is only available with a full‑residence booking.

Weddings

Your special day begins in the sleek and elegant Salon on the secluded first floor, before continuing with your loved ones in the HAV Art Gallery and HAV Restaurant on the ground floor. For a more private celebration, the stunning rooftop terrace — complete with a bar and panoramic sunset views over Old Havana — offers the perfect setting for an intimate gathering with a select group of guests.
With our bespoke service, refined dining, and attention to your personal preferences, your wedding will be a memorable and exceptional occasion.
Please note that booking the complete A|S Boutique Residence is required when hosting a wedding. We can accommodate up to 18 guests for overnight stays, up to 25 guests in the Salon and on the rooftop terrace, and up to 80 guests in the HAV venue.
