Info & Terms

  • A minimum of two nights per stay is required.
  • A maximum of two persons per room.
  • Adults only.
  • Breakfast is included for all stays.
  • Check-in after 3 P.M.
  • Check-out before 11 A.M.
  • No pets allowed.
  • Additional costs during your stay, such as wellness treatments, tour and transportation program, mini bar consumptions etc, will be added to your check-out bill.
  • Since credit cards can not be accepted due to restrictions in Cuba, the payment of this bill has to be done in cash, and in Euros only at your check-out.
  • The rates include luxury accommodation, all taxes, and service charges.

Cancellation Policy

Standard Cancellation Terms

Any cancellation has to be done in writing and will incur a charge in full, from the moment that the payment of a reservation has been confirmed. In the event of ‘No-show’, the same cancellation policy applies.

Cancellations also include a change in the scope of the contract through a delayed arrival or an early departure, as well as a change in the number of participants. In these or similar cases, a charge, in full, remains in place.

After the confirmed payment of a reservation, a date change is not possible.

The Customer cannot derive any rights from a verbal cancellation.

American Visitors

Despite political restrictions, due to the American embargo on Cuba, it’s fairly easy to travel to the country as an American; providing there is an educational reason for travelling (an Art-Tour, for example) or, when you are supporting the people. Simply put, this means staying in privately-owned hotels such as the A|S Boutique Residence, rather than those that are state-owned. A|S Boutique Residence can organize all one day or multiple days tours with Old Timer Cars and a driver, so no specialized travel agent is needed.

Customs

Since the A|S Boutique Residence is a privately-owned business, in Cuba it’s registered in the category RESIDENCIA, and mentioned as such in the Cuban customs forms.
